Taped Audition Workshop

Kendra L. Franklin is known for teaching students, developing their talents, and being a professional actor. Kendra holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Texas State University-San Marcos, where she studied acting and directing. With 20 years of experience in the entertainment business, Kendra's had the pleasure of working in everything from stage, commercials, TV, and film. She began a taping service along her acting journey, helping coach and prepping her fellow actors for their taped auditions. In addition to continuing to pursue her love of acting, Kendra works as a casting assistant in person and virtually for casting directors in Austin and LA. She knows and has seen what books and doesn't from taped auditions. Her years of experience with taping auditions make her the perfect person to learn the proper techniques for taped auditions. Kendra has also taught acting at Zach Theatre and In the Moment Acting Studio.
