Cancellation Policy

FIRST TAKE LLC SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS Thank you for purchasing a service from First Take LLC (“First Take”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are between you, the individual purchasing our services (“you” and “user”), and First Take LLC (“us,” “we,” “First Take”). These Terms clarify the rights and responsibilities associated with your purchase. By purchasing a First Take service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. 1. SERVICES & USE. First Take provides business coaching, education, resources, and other services designed to help actors navigate the business side of their careers. Services may include coaching sessions, plans, bundles, courses, access to the Actor’s Atlas, and other educational resources. Specific inclusions vary by service and are described at the time of purchase. 2. REFUNDS. All purchases are final and non-refundable or exchangeable once payment has been made. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. We retain all intellectual property and proprietary rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, interest, and title in and to any worksheets, checklists, guides, courses, videos, educational or training materials, and other resources created by us (the “Work Product”). We may also use open-source and licensed third-party content in Work Product, such as excerpts, methodologies, text, fonts, photos, graphics, and other materials. We do not make any claim of ownership to this third-party content, and you are not permitted to use third-party content in a way that violates third-party licensing agreements. Upon our receipt of full payment, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to review, utilize, and implement the Work Product for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, re-offer, or otherwise use the Work Product for commercial purposes without written permission from First Take. 4. COACHING & RECOMMENDATIONS. Information, guidance, recommendations, and resources provided by First Take are based on our industry experience, education, and knowledge. They are intended to help you make informed decisions about your acting career. First Take does not guarantee representation, auditions, bookings, employment, income, or any other particular career outcome. 5. SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING.
